Save on Shipping
with Local Pickup Option!
Local residents may opt
to place orders online and use our Free local pickup option during
the checkout process. The order will be ready for pickup soon
after your online order during normal business hours (Mon-Fri
9a-5p).
Payment Methods:
*LOCAL CUSTOMERS: We prefer payment of cash, check, or money order
payable to Ecological Babies. If you see something online you’d
like to order, send us an email of the quantity, color, sizes
and we’ll send you an invoice. Then you can pay when you
come pick up your order.
All online payments are
processed through Paypal. When you checkout, the shopping cart
will direct you to Paypal's homepage. If you have a Paypal account,
you may sign in at that time and complete your order. You may
also choose to process your order without a Paypal account. You
will find the option to continue without a Paypal account on the
left side of the Paypal homepage. Both options are secure. Following
checkout, you will be returned to the baby, naturally website.
Special Orders:
Don’t see a specific product you’re interested of
brands we offer? We’d be happy to “special order”
your item with no shipping cost on your end. We only require you
to prepay for the order.
Sales Tax:
All local purchases and order shipping within Florida will have
a Sales Tax of 7.5%. There is no tax on orders sold or shipped
to addresses outside Florida.
Returns/Exchanges:
Of course, it is our hope that you will be pleased with all of
Ecological Babies’ products. However, if you do need to
make a return here are the necessary requirements:
• Unwashed &
unworn products in perfect condition may be returned or exchanged
within 30 days of purchase. This does NOT include clearance
or closeout as they are final. Please include a brief note explaining
your reason for return, your address, and copy of original receipt/invoice
number.
• You will receive a full refund for the purchase price
(shipping and transaction fees excluded, if applicable) in the
form of payment in which it was received. Any purchases sent
without the receipt will receive store credit.
• Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will
be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense. At
this time, we do not charge a restocking fee.
• If shipping back, it is recommended that returned products
be sent by U.S. Mail or UPS and insured. We will not be responsible
for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Return
shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless,
of course, there was an error on our part.

Shipping/Delivery Time:
Most orders will ship USPS Ground within 24 business hours. Orders
should arrive within 2-7 days after shipped. Please allow 4-6
weeks for delivery on back-ordered items.
We cannot be responsible for packages once we have given them
to the United States Postal Service. Packages almost always make
it to their destination safely and on time.
Damaged Goods:
If you find any damaged products after your purchase, please let
us know immediately.
Make any claims within 15 days for a replacement or your money
back.
Privacy Policy:
We take your privacy and security seriously. Ecological Babies
will never rent, sell, or share your personal information with
any other companies or individuals.
